Tom is a long-time customer of ours who purchased his Serotta from us about 6 years ago. He has been riding regularly without discomfort or pain, but wanted us to revisit his fit since he is planning to ride his first century in the fall. Tom wanted to make sure he was dialed in for the long haul. Based on Tom’s fitness and flexibility levels we modified his position slightly. His saddle needed to be repositioned and his bars slightly raised. A recent follow-up with Tom revealed that he is very comfortable with his new position and looking forward to completing his first century.
