Replacing Saddle and Minor Adjustments to Properly Support Pelvis
Ross rides his bike when he’s not running, which is about 2 days per week. He is a former pro/elite level road cyclist and is now an elite runner. There were no major complaints Ross wanted to address, but he asked us to check his fit to assure that he wasn’t riding in a position that would lead to injuries going forward. In general, his position was very good. We made minor changes to the saddle position and replaced his saddle with one that properly supports his pelvis. We also suggested a shorter stem and narrower handlebars. Ross agreed with the suggested replacements of his stem and bar and made the changes on his own shortly after the fitting.
