We prefer to meet you and inspect your bicycle in person. In some cases it is possible to discuss service appointments by phone, especially if we have worked on your bike before. We will determine the next steps and schedule your appointment.

Complete Overhaul
We ride bikes, too, and we know how they should perform when properly maintained. The typical service for bikes we have not worked on before is a complete tear down and rebuild. We will determine this based on the condition of your bike during our initial consultation. This service typically takes two hours.
Club Tune-up
Once we have worked on your bike once, we typically can get through maintenance repairs much quicker since we know it has been put together properly. We address any specific issues or changes and adjust all necessary components. This type of service typically requires one hour.
