Free Initial Consultation
We start the bike fitting process with a free 30-minute interview where we assess your cycling and objectives. This is the most important part of the process because it is where we begin to understand why you ride your bike and how we can improve it. Your takeaways from this interview will not only be a greater understanding of our bicycle fitting process, but also some initial ideas on how to improve your overall cycling experience.
Interviews are by appointment only and if possible at our Fit Studio in East Longmeadow. Should you not be able to meet at the studio, phone interview appointments are possible.
Dynamic Fitting
First-time bike fitting appointments are typically three hours and includes a comprehensive interview and assessment. We perform a dynamic fit analysis in our motion-capture video studio under simulated riding conditions. Then we fit your bike as necessary and provide you coaching and recommendations to help you achieve your riding objectives.
Fit Support
Returning customers who have been through the complete bike fitting and implemented our recommendations qualify for fit tune-up appointments. The difference in the fit is only the amount of time it is expected to take; these are usually 1.5 hour appointments. To qualify, you must have had a fitting within the previous 18 months.
Fit Guarantee
Satisfaction with your bicycle fit is guaranteed for 60 days. We email your fit specs and photos for your records.
